1999 Civic will take a double din.  Hopefully you have the existing hardware for mounting.

will it fit 2001 Ford F-150?

It will probably fit your F-150, but you may have to cut the dash panel a bit for the 2DIN bracket to fit (Ford radios are technically 2DIN but they are a bit shorter in height and the cutout doesn't fit many aftermarket 2DIN decks).

You will of course need a mounting kit and wire harness to go with it (sold separately, as they vary by vehicle).
