PQI iConnect Mini [Apple MFi] 64GB Mobile Flash Drive w/ Lightning Connector for iPhones / iPads / iPod / Mac & PC USB 3.0 (Iron Gray) Model 6I04-064GR1001

The PQI iConnect Mini is a 64GB Apple MFi-certified flash drive with Lightning and USB 3.0 connectors for backing up or transferring files between compatible iPhones, iPads, iPods, Macs, and Windows PCs.

Recommended For

• Lightning-iPhone or iPad owners running short on space who want to move camera-roll photos and videos onto a pocketable drive; the companion app is designed for one-tap backups.
• Travelers who take photos or videos on a Lightning iPhone and want a small, computer-free way to offload them while away; a hands-on report described using the drive to address a full phone during a trip.
• People who prefer a simple backup routine over manually selecting files: the app supports one-touch photo and video backup, and a product review noted that the straightforward workflow suited less tech-confident users.
• Users who move files between a compatible Lightning Apple device and a USB-A Mac or PC, and want one compact drive for both connections.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• When an iPhone is running low on space, a user can use the PQI iConnect app to copy photos and videos to the drive; the files are copied, so they must be deleted from the phone separately to free storage.
• While traveling, a user who takes lots of phone photos or videos can copy them to the drive to make room for more captures; a hands-on reviewer described using it to manage storage on an older, low-capacity iPhone.
• To move backed-up photos or other files to a computer, a user can connect the drive to the computer’s USB port instead of relying on a cloud upload or email transfer.
• For a document or photo a user would rather not add to their phone’s camera roll or cloud-synced library, the app’s camera can save a new capture directly to the drive for later transfer to a computer.
• When a user wants to carry files between an iPhone or iPad and a computer, the drive can serve as removable storage; on iOS, file access and playback are handled through the PQI iConnect app.
