Pros: This is a great drive in terms of memory and physical size. I keep mine on my keys so that i can always have it with me. Its about the size of a quarter and about as thick as two quarters and is a great all around drive!
Cons: Flimsy case and latch. The latch broke about 3-4 months of use and now doesn't stay in or out but this was expected because i kept it on my keys the entire time. I have been thinking about attaching a washer directly to the drive and discard the case though. Haven't had any problems with the drive itself though!
Overall Review: This drive comes with a metal latch to attach to keys or whatever but i read about it breaking and the drive getting lost. Instead of using the metal clip attachment i used the cord attachment. the ring end for keys or whatever and put the cord end through the hole and loop around the drive to secure it. hasn't failed me yet. The only annoying thing about it is that you have to make it face the right way so the metal will make contact. I hope that the next version will have contacts on both sides to make things a little smoother.
Pros: This Flash drive is easy to cut down using a pair of diagonal cutters. Cut away the outer shell and the pushbutton latch and you end up with a tiny and thin package that easily slips into a wallet. You can even shrink it a bit more by cutting away more plastic, but be sure to not reduce the thickness of the USB connector end.
Cons: If you want rock-bottom pricing, there are cheaper choices.
Overall Review: I picked the $16 2GB model to do my size reduction experiment on. The experiment worked so well that I am about to order several of the largest capacity available in this form factor.
Cons: Not too fast on writes, also the retract mechanism broke about a month after I bought it. the drive still works but is now more exposed.
Pros: Really Tiny!!! It's about as thick as two quarters and just as long and as wide as a dime. Sleek and functional.
Cons: My computer has some usb problems sometimes so it says some error but if i unplug it and plug it back in, i works just fine.
Overall Review: Tiny drive and huge space. Great product. (And fast shipping to!)
Pros: small, durable, reasonably fast. i love that it has a metal cover. the price is excellent
Cons: two of my friends have lost theirs due to the key chain coming undone, so be careful
Pros: Small, large capacity, no cap to lose.
Cons: No light indicating access.
Overall Review: This is a great drive. I keep it in my wallet so small is a great virtue (although I don't sit on my wallet). Can't go wrong for the price.
Pros: It's pretty, definitely very tiny and portable. I liked that it was retractable since the last one i owned was not, and endured quite a bit of stress on the plug. Good read and write speeds, worked well with Ubuntu 7.04
Cons: The size is a double edged sword. It felt extremely flimsy as I plugged it in or even as I was just handling it. The plug is a little annoying too. There are two possible orientations, so once you get it in, it may not work.. (continued below)
Overall Review: At least with conventional plugs, when you get it in, it works. Other thoughts.. I lost it since I didn't want to subject it to the beating it would be taking on my keys. If you plan to keep it in a briefcase or something this may be better for you.
Pros: Cheap. Large capacity. Smaller than my thumbnail. Write speed of 9 MB/s, read speed of about 16 MB/s.
Overall Review: When I got this, it had a five dollar rebate.
