Presto 01784 23-Quart Induction Compatible Pressure Canner

The Presto 23-quart induction-compatible Pressure Canner provides a safe method for home canning. As the only full-sized consumer unit for induction ranges, it also works on gas and electric stovetops. The extra-large vessel holds 7 quart, 20 pint, or 26 half-pint jars. It is the safe method for canning meats but also functions as a boiling water canner or large pressure cooker. Features include a deluxe pressure gauge and a safety cover lock. To ensure user safety, the unit features an air vent/cover lock that only allows pressure to build when the lid is properly closed and prevents the cover from being opened until the internal pressure has safely subsided.

A deluxe pressure gauge provides accurate readings across the complete range of processing pressures, which is critical for safety, especially at higher altitudes.
