Pros: I'm required to fill this in, but all I can say is PNY offers multiple rebates, but the product workmanship is shoddy. The 9800GT I bought from several years back, the fan malfunctioned in 3 months which I had to mod the card with an Arctic Cooler Accelero.

Cons: Ordered 2, 1 worked out of the box but the other card reboots desktop. 50% success product .. I will be thinking twice before buying from PNY again. I wasn't able to return the packaging intact to NewEgg, because I cut out the POP for rebate. I hope I still get a working graphics card anyway.

Overall Review: And the rebate - the company is so shady. The terms was a purchase from Nov. 16 - Dec 31, 2012. I purchased Dec 10, and they received the rebate info Dec 28th, AND I WAS DENIED, due to invalid date !!! On some other reference they used - they told me that that the rebate expired Nov 30. Am I that stupid? I would buy something outside of the rebate time. PNY - you have lost me as a future customer.

Pros: Stable Drivers, Excellent Overclocker, I have 4 gaming PCs that were originally NV***a GPUs, now have new AMD and Intel mboards running CrossFire, but probably not with HIS Digital.

Cons: I like HIS as a tech company. I've read many reviews on how good IceQ4+ is, and the low temps show for it.

Overall Review: The thing is that HIS Digital (not NewEgg) will never see another purchase from me. I followed explicitly the rebate instructions and mailed it on 9/11/08, followed up in Nov, Jan, and Feb. I've been acknowledge twice that I should be receiving a rebate, but never received it yet. I called again Mar 11, and now the rebate number is no longer working. Hmm, some of you may not care about MIRs, but I do since these manufacturers have the same AMD hardware platforms and therefore compete on price and value. This MIR issue has been a frustrating experience, so going to another manufacturer wouldn’t be an issue for me, but lost dollars for HIS Digital moving forward.
