Pros: VERY effective cooling, pretty quiet, good price point for a high end cooler

Cons: This thing is HUGE, covering almost the entire top half of a full ATX motherboard. Without much room to work around it or any way to see the mounting points from above the heatsink assembly can be very difficult to install even though it is a simple process with easy to understand instructions. If you try to attach it with the motherboard outside the case it will likely cover several of the motherboard screw holes and make the motherboard impossible to install properly

Overall Review: My build is using Gskill memory modules with relatively all heatspreaders and the Noctua fan is still able to fit over top of the memory. Just make sure to install the heatsink with the pipes facing away from the memory slots. Worst case scenario you can remove the bottom fan and should then have plenty of room.
