Pros: Runs very well with an adequate cooler, has plenty of processing power for far less than an Intel equivalent (considering there is no consumer-grade Intel 8-core currently).
Cons: Some people want you to think it runs uncontrollably hot.
Overall Review: Computer specs: AMD FX-9590 Corsair H80i ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 16 GB Ripjaws X 1866MHz 128 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD 3 TB WD Black HDD EVGA GeForce GTX 780 SC w/ ACX Cooler Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Corsair HX750 The CPU didn't get over 45C while running a Prime95 stress test.
Pros: Beautiful case, included fans move more than enough air. Almost perfectly silent, the only noise comes from my H80i.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Overall Review: This isn't the case for someone who wants a lot of liquid cooling, though a smaller loop is definitely possible in it.
Pros: I'm using this on an AMD FX-9590 in a Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition, and it's working beautifully. The fans spun up to maximum while running Prime95, but it managed to keep the CPU under 45C the entire time.
Cons: A bit difficult to mount in the case, I have it in the rear fan mount. The coolant tubes were the issue, probably, but I eventually got it situated.
Overall Review: If this is installed correctly, it's definitely going to keep your CPU cool. My 9590 has never been above 50C because of how well the H80i manages temperature.
