Pros: Excellent print quality, love the sleep mode, not noisy as others commented - it is average to low noise.

Cons: The installation instruction for network install was poor, compared to USB or parallel port install. It took me an hour to install on wired and WiFi PCs.

Overall Review: Newegg's delivery is unbelivable, it took less than 24 hours for the delivery, note I'm local to LA area.Comparing this to other internet companies that takes them more than a week.

Pros: Solid enclosure.. Average assembly.

Cons: No instructions for assembly, only the USB port works! FireWire ports don't work, tried multiple cables none worked. No air vents to circulate air.

Overall Review: One has to be technically oriented to figure out the assembly, took me a few minutes without damaging the unit. Defeated the purpose of ordering this for my Mac. Power cable was damaged, had to use spare power cable. No tips on possible jumper config. of a hard disk. You are on your own.
