Cons: Purchased 3 monitors, Sent one back today (RMA) due to screen randomly distorting at higher resolutions. would have to change resolution, then change it back. so far other two work great. Light on front panel (under DELL logo) can not be turned off. No VESA Mount Not Hieight adjustable

Overall Review: Overall I'd say good monitor and would recommend them. i deducted one egg for my 1 of 3 monitors needing to be RMA'd. and One for all the other cons combined. Each are not really a bad thing, more of a preference. and all are in the description and knew this before ordering. (except light on front of monitor). The no VESA mount is a big one for me... but the price told me to deal with it. I did find a custom made bracket to give a VESA mount. Search the "bay". Overall I like these monitors and hope my new one will be fine. they are great for 3 monitor setup. If needed I needed another monitor, I'd have little hesitation on purchasing one of these again.

Cons: CHEAPLY made Instructions.... might as well came without them.. I still can find some of the things it told me to configure. Says to place the jump of (J3 I think)... still can't find it! Plastic front breaks easily... I think I've handled eggs less delicate then you can handle this tray!

Overall Review: 1st one I received arrived broken (was packaged very nicely by newegg). I could see how cheaply it was made at that point because the hinge was what failed and it was thin plastic. Second arrived OK... box was badly damaged (this one was on newegg... VERY Poorly packaged.. was just in a padded envelope.. really newegg?!?!?), but product was ok... i'm scared to remove the drive, as I'm scared the plastic parts will break off again. It does do it's job after installed. Keeps track of the amount of time the hard drive is working and tells it's temp... with an overheat alarm. Bottom line... If you need a cheap.. and I mean CHEAP solution... then this is it... just be prepared for it to break. With this last delivery and how it was packaged, I'm sad to say, this may be my last time buying from newegg. I've done plenty of business with newegg and this is a first... I guess the hard economy is hitting them too, but when I pay the same shipping (2-day).. I expect the same quality shipping.. very displeased in the product overall and with newegg. gave 2 stars since the product does work and my fault for getting what I pay for. Hope that helps!
