Pros: I've owned a few of these in multiple machines. Only one eventually went bad...but after torturous burning daily. Excellent track record of reviews.

Cons: A genie doesn't pop out and grant 3 wishes.

Pros: FA-Fa-fa-fa-flippin' huge!!! You better get the Cooler Master HAF case, because this is like the hammer of Thor. AMD X6 idles around 26C and haven't seen it over 40C under a load. Best heatsink I've ever owned, have mercy.

Cons: Depending on your case, the size is the most obvious. Possibly loud when set to full tilt. None of these are Cons in my situation, however.

Overall Review: Apparently Al Gore hasn't heard of these...

Pros: It wasn't overly expensive, and had a really scientific sounding name. Applies well, seems to wick heat like crazy. Arctic Silver is first place winner, and eats 2nd and third...the rest just running away screaming.

Cons: Cure time? How many hours? Wow...some other reviewer said a very big number. I'm sure the naming is just some marketing mumbo jumbo.

Overall Review: Even arctic silver's crappiest product is head and shoulders above anything else. I've been using their stuff forever! Just thought I'd try this new name...most likely just marketing...

Pros: Great firmware updating software to keep it current and playing new BR discs! Also, the most important part...it just works!

Cons: Not wanting to wear it out by burning other media, I opted to spend more money on a lone BR player. Not really a con...just didn't know where else to say it!

Overall Review: Comes with helpful software.

Pros: High capacity and the performance is acceptable for a storage drive. Good value!

Cons: Once in a while, the drive will seem to hang while accessing it. This seems to happen after not accessing it for hours. Maybe it's going into low power state, and taking a second or two to snap back into action...but I can't say for sure.

Overall Review: Please, don't let this be a Death Star. I will be backing this up vigilantly!

Pros: Having owned many WD black's, all I have to say is: Doesn't the name speak for itself?

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I've had a perfect track record with these.
