Gigabyte R9 270x 4gb O.C
Pros: Impressive build... Its a wind force card so its HUGE 11.6(296mm) inches so Case selection will be a chore if you have ascetics in mind. But performance is great (Pro Tip: If you want Cooling and Performance then the HAF-912 is killer if you want something Elegant: BitFenix Shanobi will work.) The card is a champ, especially with the BitCoin miners driving up the price of the 280x this is the next best thing... Mantle Compatible so when more titles start using it, you have all you need. Much better then the GTX-660ti Comes in a high quality box with 2 Molex to pci-x 6pin and a Crossfire Cable connectors so if you go with a reasonable price
Cons: Other than the massive size I can't see a problem specific to this card. Everything seems high quality. I do wish that GPU manufactures would realize that with all these fans some kind of shroud to direct airflow would be appreciated. Its nonsensical to think that the card pulls air from the bottom and then disperses it willy-nilly sideways causing turbulence with your cases (front:in Back:out air flow)
Cool Matser HAF-912 Black
Pros: Incredibly HIGH QUALITY case for the price... Impressive actually... I purchased this for a Client as I build systems as part of my own business and I thought it looked little hoaky but the real world look impressed me.
Cons: Maybe the Looks? I dunno it's speculative - there are no real cons not for the price.
Overall Review: No Powder Coating on Inside or Back, this model has no USB 3.0 on the case directly. Get the BLUE model if you want USB 3.0 if you want Powder Coating you can get the Pro model
P8Z77-v LK
Pros: Solid board for the price. The only difference between this and the next step up is the Voltage regulator (Deluxe) and Wifi (Pro) so if your comfortable with Solid stepping in terms of Overclocking you'll be happy with this board.
Cons: Haven't Found any yet
Overall Review: I own my own business doing Technical Service with Computers and related computers. I was approached by a client who had $x.xx budget and after a few hours research I decided upon this board... Exactly one week later I purchased the same board again for my Personal build. That should say it all.
