Great CPU

Intel Core i7-3770K - Core i7 3rd Gen Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Intel HD Graphics 4000 Desktop Processor - BX80637I73770K

Pros: Fast Overclocks well

Cons: Can't think of any

Overall Review: I built this rig to test out the Intel side of the CPUs. Came from a AMD FX 8120. Not much of a fair comparison, but I found I love Intel more now Didn't buy from Newegg, found it at local store same price, but didn't have to wait or pay shipping. Otherwise I would have bought it from Newegg

Great Case

Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced - Mini-ITX Computer Case with USB 3.0 and Long Graphics Card Support - Black

Pros: I love the small footprint this case leaves. I bought my case last year for myself. Put together myself a Gaming Rig that I could travel with. It works perfect, I fit this case, and a small monitor, mouse/keyboard and gamepad in one bag. It can fit a lot of items inside the case and gets good airflow if done right. Cable management is also easy to do in this case. I had no problems with organizing the cables to allow airflow.

Cons: I bought mine before the 130 model with support of Radiator. but I don't like the front of the 130 mesh, so I bought my Wife the 120 one still. I didn't do custom loop,

Overall Review: I had to use a power tool to remove the hard drive cage to fit the radiator for water cooling. . Just recently bought one for my wife, and I'm building her a gaming rig too. She liked mine and wanted an upgrade. Both mine and my wifes, are custom painted too. I did it myself, very easy to paint case and really mod it to what one likes. I did a corsair H70 in my build, and a H80 in my wifes. Bought myself a hotswap bay for harddrives In both cases I have "k" model CPUs, I know both aren't overclock supporting motherboards, but when I can get a "k" model for an i5 I'll get it. For example of what you can fit in the case basic over view Mine: H70 Push/Pull 750W PSU ASUS P8H77-i Radeon HD 7970 i7-3770k 8GB RAM @ 1600 RAID 0 240 (2x 120GB SSD) Boot RAID 0 128 (2x 64GB SSD) game Drive RAID 0 2TB (2x 1TB Drives) Storage. (I wanted to have fun) and inside i have USB LED cabling, and a PC xbox controller adapter that I fit inside so I don't have too many cables outside. My Wifes: H80 Push/Pull 500W PSU Gigabyte GA-B85N-WIFI i7-4770k Radeon HD 7970 8GB RAM @ 1600 mSATA 256 boot and 3TB storage also has the microsoft controller adapter and LED USB lights in case (I route the 3 cables out from the rubber grommet on both cases)

Good board

ASUS P8H77-I LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
ASUS P8H77-I LGA 1155 Intel H77 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Had this board for just about a week at time of review. Its been used for heavy gaming already. Its running a stock 2600k. I knew I couldn't overclock, but had the 2600k as a spare CPU. Using this board for a mini mobile gaming rig.

Cons: none

Overall Review: Good board

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition - Phenom II X4 Deneb Quad-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM3 125W Processor - HDZ965FBGMBOX

Pros: Excellent CPU. I've had it for around 2 years. Its only seen about a year before it was replaced. Now I put it back into another system and it still works like a charm. Overclocked to 4.0Ghz too.

Cons: None in the time I had it.

Overall Review: Bought it at 2x more than what it costs now. But it was also 2 years ago.
