Pros: Does exactly what it should. Charge lasts for a long time. Definitely beats buying/using/replacing batteries. The fact that this works for both the Xbox 360 and PC is also a great feature.

Cons: If you are someplace without an internet connection, it can be annoying trying to get it to work for the first time (this is only in regards to using it with a PC). Not highly precise in letting you know the battery life. Might just be me being picky, but I'd prefer either a percentage or more than just four bars to indicate it (this isn't really the Play & Charge Kit's fault as much as the way the controller already is set up).

Overall Review: Works with the wireless controller specifically packaged and sold for use with Windows. You will be able to use it corded on your PC, though you will need an internet connection for Windows to locate the required drivers (Windows will find and install them for you though) on the first use. Battery adds a little bit of extra weight to the controller. I actually like that, some people might not. Great accessory for an Xbox 360 or PC gamer!
