Works as intended.

LaCie Design by Neil Poulton 500GB USB 2.0 / Firewire400 / eSATA 3.5" External Hard Drive 301313U

Pros: Looks amazing. The light is just right. Glossy. Easy to install.

Cons: My computer a bit choppy while copying to the drive, not sure what's causing it. I have a fairly beefy machine (Vista 64 4gigs 2xGTX E6600, so it shouldn't be that.)

Overall Review: Newegg is great.

Most Critical Review

It's broken!!

Broadway Com Corp Runner Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Broadway Com Corp Runner Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: It looks decent.

Cons: It's kinda flimsy.

Overall Review: I'm debating on RMAing this. It came to me broken, just like many of the other reviewers were saying. Also, the back looks like it was dropped. I would say that it's just coincidence, but the fact that this is happening to a lot of people has me thinking otherwise. Who makes this? Broadway? Yeah, too cheap for my preference.

2 Years Strong

Ginsu 04819 G 15 Piece Stainless Block Set
Ginsu 04819 G 15 Piece Stainless Block Set

Pros: Extremely sharp, many household accidents with these. I've had them two years and they are as sharp as day one.

Cons: When I received them, I had two identical knives and one missing knife... so I think there was a mix-up in the packaging process. It's not a product issue though.

Overall Review: Curious how these compare to ceramic.

I'd give it a C++

ENCORE ENLWI-N Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft 2.0 PCI 2.3 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates
ENCORE ENLWI-N Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft 2.0 PCI 2.3 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: The unit is relatively inexpensive. The connection speed is decent. I have 5 of them running right now to my WRT610N and I do have them running well.

Cons: The current drivers (or the Windows 7 drivers) cause a stutter with systems that have more than 4gigs of ram. It took me a while to find out how to get rid of it. You just have to install the drivers off the website, or from the CD, and ignore the drivers that Windows tries to install. After that, the connection is stable and stutter free. I have also experienced some intermittent speeds, but as long as the connection doesn't drop out entirely, then I'll remain pleased. My signal strength from a room away is only 3/5.

Overall Review: This is not a dual band card! You will not see the 5ghz band if you own a router that supports it.

A little pricey.

Mad Catz Eclipse III Black 104 Normal Keys USB Wired Standard Backlit Multimedia Keyboard
Mad Catz Eclipse III Black 104 Normal Keys USB Wired Standard Backlit Multimedia Keyboard

Pros: LED is very bright. Touch Sensitive Controls. The simple keyboard functionality is great. Keys feel good, it's quiet. Looks nice, not too gaudy.

Cons: LED color choices are pretty feminine aside from the Red / Blue. Touch Sensitive Controls aren't animated well. For example, I pressed mute by mistake. It flashed, I thought I pressed it again but there was no inidication that it was still on. I started troubleshooting thinking it was an issue with my sound. :-\

Overall Review: Looks better than the Cyborg, but there are no USB ports. It offers a headphone and mic input for anyone interested. I'm happy with it, but wouldn't buy another for this price. I went from the original G15 with the LCD screen, which I loved!! But.. rubbed the buttons off after 3 years of daily use. I didn't complain, but all the people who came over and couldn't read the keys did.

Very Pleased

ENCORE ENLWI-N Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft 2.0 PCI 2.3 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates
ENCORE ENLWI-N Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11n Draft 2.0 PCI 2.3 Up to 300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: Great Range Eggcellent speed

Cons: You have to install the 3rd Party software, but it's not bad and doesn't consume too many system resources.

Overall Review: I'm using Vista. I bought this for my main machine, and realized I was out of PCI slots. So, I ordered the USB version from the same manufacturer, and it is just as good. The software is slightly different, but seems to be working well.
