Overall Review: Good Luck if you try to RMA this product, You will get a run around from the Seller. I always trusted New Egg but they do not handle RMA on Outside sellers. I will take my business elsewhere which has been several thousand dollars a year.

I bought 2 of these units which quit working within a week. The Customer service response to my RMA request was in Broken English with many misspelled words. I have been working with networks commercially for over ten years and security cameras, Customer service questioned my setup when one died within 2 days.
