Pros: * I ordered my 1st unit in November 2013. Prior to writing a review, I wanted to wait to see if it (the Cybersonic) was gonna end up like other gadgets I have ordered and stopped using. * Today, I am ordering a 2nd system for my grown son. So that should be proof enough that I am completely satisfied with my purchase! * Just used the Tongue Cleaner adapter today. It worked better than I could have imagined. Although you will probably gag, don't wait to try it or other features of the system.

Cons: *Ok. Yes, you can find the brush heads from other sellers. But with mark-up and shipping, you might as well sign-up for Cybersonics auto-shipment. I never thought I would have a auto-ship setup for a toothbrush! * Please note... after reading other reviews, I'm not sure this option was communicated clearly... I was able to designate what I wanted to receive, so I have two (2) large round brush heads set-up on the 90-day auto-ship. So that means that I know can swap out brush heads every 45 days. * Also note.... after reading other reviews....my charging unit also failed. I thought my toothbrush was just communication that it finally was fully charged. It wasn't until 3 days later when the unit fully discharged that I realized something was wrong. The customer service was excellent. No charge (shipping) for a replacement.

Overall Review: * Final note. The rechargable batteries in the unit are nickel metal hydride, not the more advanced Lithium-ion variety. So at some point, probably sooner than later, you will have to swap out your base unit for a replacement under warranty! And if my memory serves me correctly, the customer service agent was stressing that if the base unit failed, I would be charged for replacement shipping in the neighborhood of $10??

Pros: The low cost, combined with the Newegg return policy, how could I go wrong!

Cons: Please believe the reviews! I read them all and still purchased it. That was a mistake. My wife laughs every time see hears me using it (you will have to stand there for at least 4 pump cycles in order to have enough soap on your hands to thoroughly clean them) She hears the pumping sound and starts to laugh every time I use it. I was at least smart enough to Not order any additional soap dispensers as gifts.

Overall Review: I guess I thought this product would have been fixed prior to me ordering one. Kinda like the system updates and bug fixes we get with our 4G phones. Nope! At least it looks cool in the kitchen!

Pros: The least expensive combo pack!

Cons: The car charger broke and the home charger works when it gets ready!

Overall Review: Spend a few extra dollars to get a better quality combo pack!

Pros: Great Product. Very easy to use. I use when I'm listening to free internet radio (Pandora) on my cell phone.
