Cons: This is absolutely the worst product that I have ever purchased from Newegg. I received the first unit and nothing worked correctly. The charge time was erratic on the wall charger, any place from 12 hours to 3 hours to go from about 25% to 100% charge. I sent it back and the new one does the exact same thing.

Pros: None this program will not install and does not work

Cons: I used the free version of this software for years it was great. This software is useless.The program immediately crashes will not scan , will not update. Their help forum is full of users with these problems. They jerked these people around until they give up. Requesting 3 page readouts of their computers that never resolved anything.
