ASUS 24X DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 24X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS

Pros: Slipped right into the Corsair 800D. No coaster burns yet. Win7 identified easily. No firmware upgrade needed. Spins up quietly. Newegg props! Ordered 2 of these babies and they were nicely packed with plenty of bubble wrap. Took me 5 minutes to tear it apart to open. Outstanding! Win7 drivers automatically populated. Sees drive as ASUS DRW-24B1ST c Set your Region and your good to go. After install, be sure to change the properties to use the ASUS by default for burning if you have a BD drive installed as well.

Cons: Bundled software Nero 10 Essentials is worthless; however, after speaking with a rep at Nero, they are will to give discount to upgrade to 12.

Overall Review: Like the idea of E-Green and E-hammer. I also like breaking discs but this does just as good.

Partially DOA!

ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Pros: Excellent Features for the price! EUFI Bios (love this). Scalability. Built for future upgrades in mind. ASUS quality boards.

Cons: Box unsealed. Motherboard cellophane unsealed. Would not POST with Corsair 8GB in slots A2/B2. Moved to A1/A2 and posted fine at 1333 instead of 1600. Purchased GSkill QVL memory and it also would not work. Basically anything in slots B1/B2 caused system to not POST. First time I've ever had to send anything back to Newegg. What I'm upset about it the fact that I paid $28 shipping to get it next day. Now I paid $13 to ship it back. Not happy with this.

Overall Review: I've always given Newegg kudos for shipping, packaging, boxing, etc. I was very surprised to see that the ASUS box was not sealed but most of all, the motherboard static bag was open.

What did you expect?

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card GV-R667D3-2GI
GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card GV-R667D3-2GI

Pros: Excellent price. Low budget card with 480 stream processors and 2 Gigs of memory. Full HDMI gold plated connection (gold? really? and what difference does that make?) , but it supports latest HDMI specs.

Cons: It boggles my mind that people actually buy this card for gaming. It's a good card for the price; however, AMD products, in my opinion, suck. Regardless, I purchased this card because of the content. People don't buy cards like this for gaming. This is an excellent introductory card for those who are web designers or developers. The software CD is worthless. Don't use it. Just download the drivers from the website. The app is also worthless. Way too much information for a $70 card. Too convoluted. Packaging was so so. The box wasn't even taped shut. The fan is a big and flimsy piece of you know what.

Overall Review: Purchased this to give AMD a chance. Although I don't have any issues with the end result and usage of the card, I still, and will always be, an Nvidia fan.

Cheesy, but works

AFT XM-37U USB 3.0 3.5” Kiosk Card Reader
AFT XM-37U USB 3.0 3.5” Kiosk Card Reader

Pros: Inexpensive and does what it's supposed to do. Handles all my cards without issue. Installation was pretty simple in my Corsair 800D.

Cons: Software is worthless. Don't download the icons from the website. You can use better icons from other software that look nicer than the ones they provide. The colors on the front of the bezel are extremely cheesy. Honestly don't think it's worth the $60. Oh well, lesson learned.

Overall Review: Wouldn't pay this price again for a card reader. I've found better at other sites. Newegg shipping outstanding, as always!

Glasses no longer needed...

Hanns-G HZ281HPB 27.5'' 3ms Full HD 1080P HDMI WideScreen LCD Monitor 400cd/m2 X-Contrast 15,000:1(800:1)Built-in Speakers
Hanns-G HZ281HPB 27.5'' 3ms Full HD 1080P HDMI WideScreen LCD Monitor 400cd/m2 X-Contrast 15,000:1(800:1)Built-in Speakers

Pros: Bright and clear display. Massive real estate. Good sized footprint. Windows 7 detected with no issues. No defects whatsoever upon arrival. Great for movies. Great for games! Had to move the monitor further back on my desk. No issues with base/stand as everyone else seems to be complaining of.

Cons: Push button controls on bottom of display, but once set, there isn't really a need for them. Only tilts up/down, but I guess that's a user specific gripe. Turn brightness down when powering up. Plastic tubing on base is easily removable and subject to breaking.

Overall Review: Came in a nice big box that shouted, "Hey, I sure do hope you trust your UPS carrier!" Newegg shipping outstanding. Ordered and received in 2 days. Placed 2nd monitor 22"Viewsonic next to it and it amazes me that I used that monitor for so long. Hanns-G just dwarfs it in comparison. Only issue with dual monitor setup and Gforce 9800gtx in my configuration was being forced to use a VGI cable from my 2nd monitor with DVI adapter plugged into the video card. Otherwise, I could not get a signal on the 2nd monitor, but it was recognized by Windows. Odd. Overall, I'm extremely satisified with this purchase!
