Not Asus
Pros: Only thing that I can say is that it was quite (at least the first computer was) and stayed very cool even after a few hours.
Cons: Actually had 2 of these, first video card started going out after 30 days but the computer was quick, sent it back, second one the video screen for world of warcraft started to stick at first 1/4 a second, then after a week to about 5 seconds and the computer was louder than the first. Called customer serivce in the caribbean, wanted me to update video drivers and BIOS and this is a new computer? RMA it back.
Overall Review: In my opinon are not the best or I just have been unlucky. But to ask to update drivers for a video card and BIOS (which I had no clue how to do and they REFUSED to help me from Asus tech support, said to visit their web site) for a new computer was to much for me.
Worst Customer Service EVER
Pros: 16G, 1.5 T HD can't really say much that is good, I wish I was within my 30 days I would return it and get another brand.
Cons: Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER calling MSI home office. I called one number and it says to call another number and I called that number and it said to call the first number. When I finally got a live person and asked for a supervisor the guy hung up on me, I called back and happen to get the same guy, I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me and transfer me to the top of the line queue and not a manager whom I asked for. FAN IS VERY LOUD and ALWAYS ON.
Overall Review: I called tech support to see how you open this DVD/Blue Ray player up, instead I get the run around on where to call and CS reps that loves to hang up on you or transfer you to a LONG holding line where you need to call back anyways.
