This review is from: Rosewill RM-P2U Mouse-3 Buttons, 1 x Wheel, USB Wired, Optical, 800 dpi
Pros: For a low cost mouse, this isn't too bad. I've used my share of cheap mice back in the day, and I've never had one that tracked this well. I needed quick replacement for my "gaming" mouse, and amazingly enough this tracks as well as it did!
If it weren't for the cons, I'd just keep using this. I like low sensitivity mice and 800 DPI is perfect for me.
Cons: It stinks! I've had my share of smelly electronics before, but never one I'd have my hand on for hours at a time. The smell gets on your hand, and even washing won't get rid of it entirely. This wasn't an issue after three days or so, but man the first day was almost unbearable, the smell was so strong.
Otherwise, the mouse is too small for my tastes, it "feels cheap", and there's a huge gap around the scroll wheel. The last point means the red sensor light can shine through onto whatever is in front of the mouse, which is kind of annoying if you can see it.
Speaking of the scroll wheel, it's not very precise. Scrolling up seems fine, but down sometimes scrolls farther than I want it to. It'd bug me more if I actually used the scroll wheel in anything where precision is needed.
Other Thoughts: Last night, I started having an issue when left or middle clicking was acting as a double click. This seems to have "fixed" itself, but I might have to stop using the mouse if it continues. You get what you pay for, I suppose.READ FULL REVIEW
