Cons: CAME DOA Cannot tell what company made it as there is no brand name associated on the box or in the manual. No contact number for the company in the manual. (unless its only in Chinese) Device uses the less common Micro use instead of the mini usb which is the new universal cell phone charger connection now a day. Came in an envelope and not a box so good chance it could of been damaged in shipping because there not being packaged properly. English section on instructions are very limited and don't include any illustrations or packing list.

Overall Review: Again wasn't able to assess any of the functionality of this device as it never worked so there could be more pro's and con's but this is all i could determine without it powering up. Also I left the device pluged in for a half hour increase it had a battery to charge or something. pressed and held the power button for various intervals to get it to power on. 1 sec 3 sec 6 sec 10 sec 30 sec. nothing. according to manual you only have to press for 3 sec. There is also mention of a reset button but due to no illustration I found one small pin hole that appeared to be a place for a paper clip yet didnt feel the click of a button like i'm familiar with other electronics. This had no effect. also tried with multiple ac adapters including the cigarette lighter that came with it. All it All don't waste your time better spend your money else ware. Now the lengthy and likely not cost effective way of getting my money back.

Pros: When i first ordered it worked fabulously with the exception that there was not way to completely turn a fan off.

Cons: after a few months one of the connections no longer gives any power tried looking to see if it was a bad compacitor or connection in the PCB or the nob it self but didn't look like anything that could be fixed easy for the price just get another one.

Overall Review: make sure that your fans do not exceed the amps outputted by each individual connection.

Pros: Ordered 3 drives and they work very well in my raid0 4x250gb getting over 180MB/s .

Cons: bandwidth could be higher but for the price i cant complain.

Overall Review: MFG was very good about letting me exchange one of my 7200.8 defective drives for a brand new 7200.10 with the exact same build series so it would be compatible the 3 drives i ordered.
