Pros: The phone has an excellent build quality and a nice weight to it. I've heard some mention that it has gaps but mine is flawless and most others owners will say the same. The screen is amazing, at 1920x1080 and 468ppi you will not find a better picture on a phone. The speakers are surprisingly loud and clear. Beats Audio can be turned off for music that is ruined by the bass. Camera has some nice features, Especially Zoe which records a few seconds of video allowing you to pick the exact frame you want or save entire clip. Also takes great low light photos. Great battery life, easily last all day with heavy use.

Cons: This phone can be quite loud, I have to keep my ringtone on the first notch past vibrate. The camera works great until you blow up the pictures. Anything past standard photograph size statrts to show loss of quality. HTC has a record of poor long term support and updates. Internal Battery cannot be removed.

Overall Review: While shopping I compared this phone to the Galaxy S4, the build is magnitudes better on the HTC One. The screen was better, and the sound was obviously better. I'm not a Beats fan, but even with it turned off and the bass at more reasonable levels the speakers really shine. Still a relatively new owner I'll update my review from time to time to fill others in on long time ownership.
