Pros: Fast thanks to the high frequency 3rd gen core I5 cpu, 8 GB of memory and SSD. Boots very fast and nothing I throw at it slows it down. Back-lit keyboard. Very solid feeling without being too heavy but then you Mac Boys would probably find it too heavy. Love the clean and strong industrial look.

Cons: No Web camera or Bluetooth on mine but not a big deal. I was mostly looking for durable mostly metal construction and fast performance.

Overall Review: I had to finish the refurbishing as Service Pack 1 was not yet installed and then after it was installed there were hours worth of additional updates to install. There were also still 2 unknown hardware devices but I had no real issues finding the appropriate drivers on the Dell support site. Working in the IT field these are not bothersome to me, but these issues may not be easy for the casual user to address. For the same price I could have bought a new laptop but it would have been MUCH slower and frail compared to this beast. The laptop itself is in almost mint condition and works beautifully! I consider this a great purchase and solid value.

Pros: Very nice looking PS with more connectors than you can count (almost too many) and all very nicely sheathed. It even came in a upscale looking drawstring bag. Inexpensive. Quality packaging. Quiet.

Cons: Died after only 4 days of use. Verified PS failure by testing PC with known good power supply.

Overall Review: Honestly, a component failure after 4 days should be 0 stars But that's not Newegg's fault. Newegg's RMA process and customer service was exemplary, so I had to bump up the rating. I will forgo any more "bargain" power supplies and stick with the established names in the business.

Pros: - Pretty good price for a 2 TB drive. - No issues setting up drive for backups via windows. Backups are running fine.

Cons: - No issues encountered yet. - As the drive is not used for anything but backups the slow-ish 5400 rpm is not a factor. - Do NOT use this drive for the operating system as it would simply be too slow.

Overall Review: Great option for storing file backups due to the size and price.

Pros: - good price - For the money the case constructed solid - Relatively decent looks.

Cons: - Pretty poor air flow resulting in high case and cpu temps. Necessary to install (2) additional fans in order to bring temps down to reasonable levels. - Due to small-ish interior space, installing components was a pain compared to working with any full size case. - Piano black finish on the front trim detracts from the look

Overall Review: Simply because the price is so low for this case I only subtracted 1 egg for the cons I noted. If you are building with a mini-ATX I'd probably give this a 5 egg review. just be sure to purchase a solid rear fan for this case.

Pros: - Fantastic Protection from Malware - Negligible drive space used - Uses negligible computer resources resulting in better computer performance than most other security products. - Best single security software for those "problem" users who continually infect their computers .

Cons: - Can be a bit expensive at regular price

Overall Review: - I've installed this on friends and family computers and found it to keep their computers clean when other big-name products failed. - If you catch it on sale it's an excellent value.

Pros: Given the tiny size and low cost of these speakers the sound level and quality they deliver is fantastic! There's actually a little BASS in there! Build quality and finish is also great for the price. Impressed that they actually even placed little rubber feet on the them. Large easy to use volume control is also a plus. USB powered so you don't have to dive under the wire tangled mess under the desk to plug in an AC cord.

Cons: In the end you do get what you pay for so I would not expect these to last a long time but then again, who know. If you are an audiophile and demand excellent sound quality then you'll want to look elsewhere because you'll likely be disappointed in the Bass output.

Overall Review: You CAN'T beat these things for the price!

Laptop condition is excellent. Looks and performs almost like new, Only a couple very minor scratches on the frame which is to be expected after about 3 years or use. Minus 1 egg for an incomplete refurb, Most of the windows updates were not installed including Service Pack 1. Also, there were 2 unknown devices in device manager due to missing drivers which should have been installed. However, being in the tech industry, it did not take me long to find the drivers needed on Dell's support site. Extra egg earned for fantastic communication by email. As it turned out Tekmobility is located within minutes from my home and although they are not a retail oriented company they were fine with me coming by to pick up the laptop and forgo risking shipping the item. I really appreciate their high level of customer service which is truly hard to find in this day and age. Overall I give Tekmobility 5 eggs!

The Bad: - Sent incorrect item - Impossible to reach anybody at any time of day on phone - Resorted to emailing customer support - involving a bit too many emails. The Good: - They ended up simply refunding my money which was nice. Summary: I'm happy that they refunded my money but I will not purchase from eForCity again due to a clumsy RMA/Customer Service experience. I also will probably refrain from purchasing another item from NewEgg Marketplace. Great shipping and customer service are (2) big reasons why I do business with NewEgg. Purchasing from the MarketPlace is an entirely different experience and just not worth the risk.
