Nice Little Keyboard

Pros: -Compact without being too small for my hands -Generally very responsive -Feels like a quality keyboard, very sturdy -Works with Windows 7 -Stylish -One of the few "mini" keyboards with no touchpad--who needs one if you are going to use it with a desktop that has a mouse? -Does not have the redundant second number pad on the right side of the keyboard that many standard keyboards have. I've always thought that was so dumb since there are numbers above the letters. Why do we need them twice?
Cons: -A bit louder than I'd like, but not nearly loud enough to make me regret buying it -Keyboard will be in num lock mode the first time you use it. This scared me because I thought I had a defective keyboard or that it wouldn't work with my OS. Once I figured out what was going on, I was like "OH LOL." -Lacks the useful functions that some keyboards have like buttons to adjust volume or screen brightness. Not a big deal for me as I can adjust this through my monitor. -Would be sweet if this had a micro-dongle. -Takes a moment to "wake up" when the computer first starts after shutdown. Also occasionally takes a few seconds to display the letters you've typed (this RARELY happens). -Arrow keys are a bit narrow.
Overall Review: It is not a flawless keyboard but overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. I would buy it again. It is perfect for my needs. I did not buy it from newegg however. I bought it from another online retailer for around $30 cheaper. Nothing against newegg, but definitely "shop around" if you're interested in this keyboard.
Thought it was great at first...

Pros: Perfect size--more compact than standard keyboards but just right for someone with normal sized hands Keys responsive "Works" with Windows 7
Cons: Not sure what it's called when this happens but sometimes I will be typing away and all of a sudden I press a key and that key gets pressed dozens of times. Like I might end up with a "tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt" when all I needed was a "t." Very annoying and especially frustrating when it happens with the backspace key and it removes several lines of text that I've just typed. Bad battery life...I bought this thing in early December; it is now mid-January, and I am about to have to replace the batteries for a *second* time. I didn't mind replacing them the first time because I figured the batteries it came with might have been sub-par or old, but the batteries I put in a few weeks ago were good, new batteries. Has a normal sized dongle rather than a micro-dongle.
Overall Review: I don't know if maybe I got a lemon or if this is how all of these keyboards are. If no one else has been having this problem I might see if I can RMA it with the retailer or manufacturer. If other people have been having these problems, then I cannot recommend this keyboard and would not buy it again. If not for the battery life and the key issues, it would be a perfect little keyboard.
