Works just like the title suggests.

CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm

Pros: The H100i performs the job of keeping your CPU cool under loads admirably, staying mostly quiet in the process. The included mounting hardware was a breeze to work with, and the preapplied thermal interface material was a fantastic addition to simplify the process for someone who might not understand the ins and outs. The radiator came in great condition, with little bends in the fins, a common thing in most radiators. The included fans, while simple, are 4-pin, meaning the PWM control of the CPU block itself lends wonders to ensuring as quiet a product as possible.

Cons: The fans are a bit lack luster, simply performing their job well enough, but leaving headroom for improvement. Also, the instructions suggest mounting the radiator as a top mounted intake, which fights the general idea that hot air rises, and it's better to work with the air rather than fight it. This may be a bit misleading. I also noticed that, on occasion, CorsairLINK (The software that controls the pump and PWM speeds) can occasionally malfunction and rev the fans to the wrong speed for the curve I have selected. This is software, and may have been fixed by the time you're reading this review.

Overall Review: All in all, I do not feel I have wasted my money and anyone looking for a great AIO cooler should look no further. The H100i lends itself Corsair's legendary build quality, and simplifies the otherwise unattainable process of liquid cooling for someone who might not be adept enough to create (or afford) an all custom loop.
