This review is from: CORSAIR Hydro Series H80i High Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm
Pros: Thick radiator, which is good for my i7 4930k!
Machining is good overall.
Already has thermal paste on the plate, your precious CPU can do without adding any.
Cons: Instructions NOT THOROUGH!
Had to email Support during the holidays (needless to say, they were swamped!)
The fans are good at what they do, just a little too loud. I'm going to replace them with my favorites...Noctua Forget about Corsair Link.
Other Thoughts: Go to YT and watch the video on how to install this thing first. There are plastic covers on the tips of the fan connectors that have to be removed first! Drove me nuts trying to figure it out! Not mentioned in the instructions. The Corsair Link software is for tech types who get into mucho detail about their systems ( like Dr Frankenstein) . I just wanted a good quality cooling system.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Panasonic ER415SC Wet/Dry Nose/Ear Hair Groomer
Pros: Was discounted, that was my incentive.
Cons: Has anemic, pitiful cutting power. The ER 415SC gets uncomfortably warm, as well. Good thing the blade head is interchangeable w/ the more powerful ER430 model. I switched it out and am now buzzing along.
Other Thoughts: I advise you to get the ER430. It cuts better. It too, only uses 1 AA battery.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: A definite step up from Nvidia based boards. Bios is not a challenge anymore. Its now too easy to tweak it, using the GUI. But its still fun! Paired w/ I7-2600k, I master FSX! No more lags, no more slowdowns. Same with MSTS (Train Simulator), frame rates are SUPER!
Cons: Had to return first board. Must have been a simple rework of the previous batch of Titanics they christened. Production team under too much pressure from the CEO/COO/CFO, rushing not-ready-for prime time products to customer, hence tons of RMA's.
Other Thoughts: Hope Intel releases a 12mb version of the 2600k for the 1156. I'm getting fed up with having to change m/b for every new socket they come out with. Stop being greedy, Intel, you can't make ALL the money.
(Quit bellyaching! This board isn't for first time/inexperienced cry babies who claim "high technical experience").
