Good Business Machines

Pros: The machines are simple, clean, and durable.
Cons: None
Overall Review: It is unfortunate that people give things a bad review based on their own lack of knowledge. Such as another poster complaining because it did not come with Word. Really? MS Word has NEVER been built into Windows, it is a part of the Office Suite. Also, do not buy this if you expect a machine with lots of extra ports, expansion options, etc. It was built to be a low cost long lasting workstation.
Horrible

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Bad / no sound quality, cheap build
Overall Review: It did not work well enough out of the box to even make a normal phone call. The build quality is so poor, it seemed like it could break by breathing on it. Threw it in the trash day one, after making sure it was not the phone by trying a few others.
Great For Money

Pros: I run 4 of these in medical billing office of about 26 people, printers, and all using voip phones. I have two of the older generation (better light layout) and 2 of the newer gen. The older ones I have had for over 3 years, and every port on all 4 still work great.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I keep them in a clean, ventilated cool (not air conditioned) office, mounted in a 2 post rack. They have always been connected to a surge protector running into a UPS, so they have had stable power their entire life. If would recommend and purchase these again.
Work Great

Pros: Have always worked well for us, and much cheaper than HP parts.
Cons: None

Work Great

Pros: These have always worked well for me, and deliver thousands of pages. I have never actually counted, but they do well enough that I haven't felt like I needed to.
Cons: Some times they say they are out before they really are. Taking a flat screwdriver and twisting the small counter mechanism back can resolve this, though.
