Good fans - Low sound
Pros: Bright Green LED - I love the color of the LEDs on these fans. It is a somewhat emerald green. Low sound - Now, they are not completely silent, but they are next to that. I have four of these running (plus another 3 fans of other brands.) These do run somewhat louder than what i already had in the case, but I would say the sound is nowhere remotely near unbearable or annoying. Cool - Four fans brought down my temperatures by 7c, though I'm sure two of them are getting full power, so I will need to work on that to see if I can get them going better.
Cons: The screws provided are easy to strip, so be careful. You may want to make sure you have extras before you get these fans just in case.
Overall Review: I have seen others saying these fans are loud - that is a huge lie. I'm not sure what they think quiet is, but I know these fans are decently quiet, but not loud. You do notice the fans running, but I also have the case on my desk next to the monitors. So if you have it somewhere else, you will notice the small amount of noise even less. If you want fans that are dead silent, then don't buy these. However, these are quiet, good fans.
Decent
Pros: It is 16gb, so you will have enough for any game that you want to play. Cheap - Pretty cheap for the amount of memory that you are buying.
Cons: Slow - the Cas Timing is 11, so the memory is very slow.
Overall Review: Purchased this through another retailer when starting out with my build. I'm not an expert on memory, so I can't really give an in-depth review of it.
Update on RMA
Pros: -Second board is working. First one was DOA and RMA'd it, got it back two weeks later. -Looks nice -Good size
Cons: -First was DOA and I had to pay $15 for RMA shipping.
Overall Review: Looks like this board is hit and miss on whether you get a DOA or working board. This is a low budget board, so you may want to go with a higher priced board to avoid an RMA.
What did you say?
Pros: Silent - I have 8 140mm fans and my GTX 670 fan running at full blast, and I can't even hear any of the fans. If you want a headset for silent gaming, then this is it for you.
Cons: Heavy - After a couple hours my neck will start hurting, my previous headset was so light compared to this Cord - The cord is much longer than what they said it was. Too long for use when out in public. Purchased another cable for public use, but the connection area is slightly surrounded by plastic, so that makes a lot of cords useless, unable to fit. Anc - When you walk with it on it will make a very weird and annoying noise that is from the headset being pulled down from the motion. Also ANC gives me a headache with prolonged use because of the pressure it causes. Probably just something you have to get used to. My friend described the ANC as "OW. It feels as if it is trying to suck out your brain through your ears"
Overall Review: Would I buy it again? Eh, maybe. It's nice not to have the fans overpowering the game noise. Color scheme - would have loved to have blue instead of red, but that is just personal preference on aesthetics.
Works fine
Pros: Cheap No overly large heatsink CAS 9, 1600Mhz
Cons: Haven't really noticed any improvements over my CAS 11 ram, other than a better Windows score.
Overall Review: Got this as a gift from purchasing a motherboard and sold my "old" ram to a friend, so no real complaints.
Nice, but can't use it
Pros: Nice length. Works. (read other) Cheap
Cons: Won't work for what i need it.
Overall Review: Can't use it for my headset. The connection on the headset is surrounded by some plastic, so this cord is too wide past the connector. If the whole thing was 3.5mm in width, then it would have worked for me. Won't count off on this since it is unique to my headset, was hoping this cord would work.
