Pros: Setup and install went exactly as I would expect, no problems. Took 1.5 gigs of data like a champ. ATTO r/w 156/157, nice, that's fast :) I'm just using this for desktop storage and as a destination for downz. It's not in a NAS but was looking for reliability. It seemed to be the best choice.

Cons: I really can't complain about anything so far but It's only like day 10. This is an early review but I have had no faults at all so far.

Overall Review: Drive build date is November 2014 which I find odd because some earlier reviews have stated they have drives from December 2014 and had problems. Just throwing that out there.

Pros: It worked for a while.

Cons: It died, utilized various utilities on it in hopes of resurrection but no luck. Pictures are gone.

Overall Review: If you read this, don't trust these cards. It's not even worth trying to RMA from the manufacturer but the loss of my pictures, that hurts.

Pros: None it had trouble.

Cons: Make it work, don't send me out somebody's refurbish that has problems. The drive was not totally brand new, i can tell by the little markings. The 4 gig version of this has been perfect but this one, no. It made bucking noises, kiss of death.

Overall Review: Don't send out junk to pros.

Pros: Nothing wrong with it, great product, does its job well. I've purchased several.

Cons: Often purchased with rebate making it the best bang for the buck. Unfortunately even after careful submission, the rebate doesn't show up.

Overall Review: I took eggs off for the rebate. they should just give it to us upfront or simply charge a sustainable price.

Pros: Finally got around to really seeing what it can do. So I'm using the cooler that came with my FX 8350 Vishera which is an 8 core part. I used a bigger one on the Vishera. Turbo core off. Voltage bumped from 1.35 to 1.425. Max stable clocks staying within my thermal goal of under 60C. 4417 MHz! Full load using AMD overdrive after 1 hour 59C. That's it, that's where it's staying :)

Cons: None, it really only eats electricity when it's working hard. At normal low power states it's fine.

Overall Review: Still playing, maybe 1.4v will be OK instead of 1.425v

Pros: Even though my netbook has a lowly AMD C-70 Duel Core APU and 4 gigs of ram I felt it might benefit from going to an SSD. Was I ever right! :) Atto shows numbers consistent with advertised speeds. My netbook now feels like a proper fast laptop.

Cons: None

Overall Review: The price was right as I got it on sale and I'm very happy with the performance. I did flash to the latest firmware for good measure.

Toy was defective in multiple ways and I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. I wont actually get any refund or very little when it's all said and done.
