I won't buy a motherboard online again.

Pros: Good board if you have a non defective one. Able to support next Intel processors coming around soon.
Cons: I received it from newegg and I didn't visually inspect the board for defects before trying to install. Now on an RMA I submitted, I received a email stating it was denied due to bent CPU pin. I know I didn't place the CPU in wrong or mishandled it because it works in my new board I picked up at local store. I was tired of playing the back and forth contact game when I wanted a working PC. It took me nearly 2 weeks to get everything together because of motherboard being bad and dealing with the "support" from both newegg and Asus. Now I'm out nearly 200 for a board I don't need or want again. I've read a lot of recent reviews where newegg claimed customer damage and I had no idea it would affect me. The 10% discount on next motherboard purchase is a joke. I'll never buy a board from newegg again and would rather just see it at store myself first. This is not my first time around the block building a PC.
