Very good mechanical keyboard
Pros: -Great LED backlighting -Keys seem to be high quality -Key presses are crisp and clean -LED backlighting can be adjusted with Fn+F11 / Fn+F12 -USB cable is braided and seems sturdy -LED backlighting is individual for each key -Headphone / Mic / USB pass-through ports
Cons: -No wrist resting pad, just the plastic border of the keyboard -Heavy weight
Overall Review: I deducted an egg mainly because of the comfort aspect. With this keyboard, you must brace your wrists against your desk, which can become uncomfortable during long periods of use.
Good
Pros: It looks cool?
Cons: Only 1600MHz speed, you can now get at least the 2400MHz version of the Ripjaws model for the exact same price. Or the 2133 if you like the 9-24 timings. Nothing particularly special, RAM these days is overpriced throughout the industry.
Overall Review: Since DDR3's introduction in ~2010, the slower speed has been 1333 and 1600, but I suppose that it may not make too much of a difference unless you're using a Haswell-based Intel CPU. Also, if you order the wrong model/color/speed be prepared to pay Newegg $10 for a shipping label + a $15 restocking fee for a cool -$25.
killer
Pros: Can't really think of any that don't have to do with pricing. I got it on sale.
Cons: Fried my i7 and motherboard.
Overall Review: Led to pretty much an entire system rebuild that initially cost me a few hundred.
You get what you pay for
Pros: Is cheap, seemingly. The stated price is of course not the usual price (as is the common marketing tactic), but is always a third of that stated price. Also small.
Cons: Absolutely abysmal performance. Through one wall, the average speed is 90Mbps- far lower than the advertised speed. I wasn't even able to run a speedtest, as the adapter kept timing out the internet connection. I understand the appeal of a "nano" sized network adapter, but if the product is unusable what's the point?
Overall Review: Utterly useless, even with latest drivers.
Pros: Works on Windows Vista. As it is PCIe, frees a USB slot. Has an antenna, but...
Cons: data speeds suck. Through a single wall, the computer gets no more than 50Mbps.
Pros: Quiet, has a strong and attractive backplate, configurable blue LED nameplate. Almost as good as a GTX 980, but for less money.
Cons: Only 3.5GB of the Vram is usable. Impossible to turn off fans natively.
