Pros: Makes great coffee, easy to use, easy to clean ... easy cappachino, etc

Cons: Refurb unit may take a couple tries to get a new one

Overall Review: The first machine I got was missing the coffee grind adjustment know ... so I had to send it back and get another one .. which ended up only taking about 1 1/2 weeks so not too bad.
