Pros: This mouse feels great. It has a nice fit and feels comfortable in my hand. It also has a nice weight to it. I'm not sure how useful the DPI controls are since I have to adjust my mouse speed every time I up the DPI.

Cons: There is a fundamental problem with this mouse: it lags and/or stops registering movements/clicks. This happens frequently at a distance of 3-4 ft to the receiver (which is a very reasonable distance). Moving the receiver within 2 ft helps, but does not eliminate the problem. This isn't as noticeable for every day tasks, but I definitely notice it during gaming, at which point the lack of performance is unacceptable.

Pros: Good performance.

Cons: Very loud. The fan can't be controlled by software, so you have to buy an external fan controller. This fan is easily the loudest in my case. Very annoying. AND on top of that, the card runs very hot. What's the point of having such a loud fan if its not even going to do a good job cooling the video card?
