Pros: The price for this size of monitor was very appealing and Samsung as a brand has been a reliable source of monitors (and other electronics) for a long time. Newegg processed order and shipped product expediently.

Cons: The field of view is VERY narrow, which means that part of the screen will be too bright or too dark no matter how you adjust the brightness, contrast, or tilt. This will not work well as a primary monitor.

Overall Review: If you don't care about the color distortion from field of view, this is a very affordable large format widescreen monitor. For even casual users, this may be annoying enough to warrant buying a different product.

Pros: Cuff is interchangeable (can use larger or smaller)

Cons: Very difficult (if not impossible) to set up on yourself

Overall Review: I tried for a week to get this set up to read my own blood pressure, but I was never successful. If you're going to get help with the cuff, you might have more success than I did.
