Pros: Using this as a gaming monitor for Xbox 360 and PS3, xbox looks great, no ghosting on COD. Set it to theatre and natural skin tones.

Cons: Would of liked to see more than one HDMI

Overall Review: RMA'd a 27" LG that had a stuck pixel in the center, saved $60 and got a better monitor

Pros: Used it for a console gaming monitor, liked the multiple HDMI and the optical audio out. Use Tritton gaming headphones so switching between consoles was easy.

Cons: 5ms isn't good for gaming, a stuck green pixel in the center. tried the flick, pressure, and a pixel flashing utility from the web and it kept coming back. also it seemed like the screen brightness would increase at times.

Overall Review: RMA'd this for an 27" Asus that was $60 cheaper and a lot better monitor.

Pros: The 5.1 surround is great especially in COD4 and COD: WAW. You can hear the footsteps and grenade drops. It also feels like you can triangulate the sniper shots.

Cons: There is a hiss, but the manual says that its due to placement of the reciever which is line of site. I play on a 19" LCD so i'm about 2-3 feet from the receiver. So maybe if I was further back it would be better. But since I've owned the set, I've tuned it out during game play, and then its only noticeable during total silence.

Overall Review: There is no real indicator that its time to change the batteries. For a while no one could hear me on xbox live and I thought it was due to either the controller or the mic connection. But I changed the batteries and the mic worked. So if people can't hear you and the batteries are old...change em. I recommend the rechargeables but I haven't bought any yet. Secondly, I wish the ear cups were faux-leather or something different, the velvet cups get too warm. Lastly, the volume knob is really sensitive. One notch you have no sound but maybe the xbox live chat since its controlled at the controller. Then a slight turn of the wheel and there's sound. So if you reach up and accidentally hit the volume control, you might loose sound.
