Perfect!

Pros: Well constructed, not a flimsy cable. Works perfectly for an external hard drive, just be careful: this is eSATA to eSATA, make sure that's what you need.
Cons: None.
What Is It Really?

Pros: Good price, SIIG is a pretty reliable name.
Cons: Well, this really contains a RealTek chipset - which didn't do me any good 'cause i needed it as a second NIC, and the on-board chip in my PC just happens to be exactly the same as the SIIG (RTL) chip. so it won't work - the same single set of drivers for 2 identical pieces of hardware in the same PC. Wish these brands would disclose whose chip they're using to avoid this trap.
MEH

Pros: No problem being recognized in Windows 7, shows as a Microsoft PS/2 mouse, so no issues with setup. Shipped fast - more kudos to Newegg on their quick delivery!
Cons: Has a cheap and light feel to it, so would be wary of heavy usage. The 1000 DPI is somewhat erratic in a normal environment, might work better for gamers. Pointer sort of shakes and wavers a bit, like it's trying to find the right place to land.
Overall Review: Have been trying to replace a Gears Head mouse which I really liked, but it went dead after 2 years and they don't sell the same model anymore. Tried Kensington, V7, and Logitech, but still can't find something to my liking, am trying a more expensive HP mouse next.
DISAPPOINTMENT

Pros: Has a 5-foot cord in case anyone needs to know. Don't know why they don't state the cord length in the specs. Has a solid feel to it.
Cons: I'm a heavy Excel user, am used to scrolling up and down a worksheet by using the mouse wheel - except this mouse won't scroll reliably in Excel. Will sometimes scroll a few lines then stop dead. Useless to me.
Overall Review: Stick with a trusted name brand like Microsoft, HP, Logitech, etc.
Good choice for a good price

Pros: I've got this WD unit, and a Netgear (NeoTV) unit. The WD is much better than the Netgear, loads faster and has a much better remote control handheld device. Has HDMI and composite connections (the Netgear only has HDMI, requiring a conversion kit for older TV's).
Cons: The composite cable provided is only about 24" long, so, you may need to buy a longer cable or use barrel connectors and connect another set of cables if the distance from the unit to your TV connections will be over 24".
Overall Review: Very quick setup, only took about 5 minutes, it picked-up my wireless network right away and now connects in a flash.
GGOD DEAL!

Pros: Great price with good quality sound. Having a remote is a plus too. Fairly lightweight, not heavy, so could be put on a shelving unit without a problem.
Cons: No balance control, only volume, bass and treble. Volume at full blast is just enough for my 20' x 20' family room, so if you're looking to install sound in a larger area, or want to blow the roof off, you might want to look for something else.
Overall Review: One of the speakers was DOA, but I was able to open it and saw the wires had broken from the solder. A quick 5-minute soldering job and it was fine. Makes you wonder about the quality control.
