Pros: I have captured two old VHS tapes with no dropped frame & no problems at all. Together with the software that comes with the card and Adobe Premiere Elements for editing, I am very happy.

Overall Review: Stay away from Pinnacle Studio (any version)!

Pros: When it work, having cloud access is nice.

Cons: Since I purchased this item in October of 2013, I spent more time on the phone with tech support then I care to think about. This latest issue really sent me over the top; when I tried to copy 28 separate files over to the ReadyNAS 312, I kept on receiving an error message preventing me from doing this. So I rebooted and tried and tried again. Called tech support again which now requires a "Level 3" tech. As a result, my unit is now in telnet mode ready for the tech when he/she gets around to it. Netgear tells me this tech should get to it in three or so days. All this time, I cannot access my data on the ReadyNAS - totally unacceptable.

Overall Review: I would NOT recommend purchase of this item at all. There has to be a better way. Let's just say ReadyNAS is not so ready!!!

Pros: There is a big difference between the 32 bit version and the 64 bit one. To put it in perspective, I was run Avast anti virus, play Warcraft (32 bit), have Outlook open all without a problem. I'm sold. It is worth the upgrade.

Pros: Works so well that it prevents you from using your computer at all. Nothing works

Cons: The 2007 version of CA's internet suite locked up my computer. I could not uninstall it. The only way I could correct the problem was to format my hard drive and reinstall all programs from the begining. It seams that these internet suites are resource hogs!

Cons: This is a complete waste of money! Stay away!!! This program's advertising and promotion from the manufacturer seams great. However, this program is completely unstable, does not work, will give you lots of problems. Be careful, do not purchase this product. Even their patch 10.5 has lots and lots of bugs. This is a complete waste of money! Stay away!!!
