Soild Laptop Cooler

ZALMAN Ultra Quiet Notebook Cooler ZM-NC1000 Black
ZALMAN Ultra Quiet Notebook Cooler ZM-NC1000 Black

Pros: This fan is super quiet no matter what speed it is set on. Even on low speeds, the fan has enough circulation to keep the laptop cool. Before I had the cooler, when I had my laptop under decent load, it would get very hot, the on board fan would be revving full speed all the time. After I got this, the fan comes on rarely and when it does it shuts off soon after. The cooler is build of solid aluminum which stays super cool to the touch. It dissipates heat very efficiently and quietly. No complains!

Cons: The price is the only con I can think of. I was a bit worried when I saw the price but after I bit the bullet and saw the performance, it's truly worth it if you are in the market for a well made cooler.

Overall Review: Bottom line, if you are looking for a high quality cooler and have a little bit of extra change or aren't afraid to drop a little extra, by all means go for this one and enjoy!

Best Bang for the Buck

Logitech Z-2300 200 watts RMS 2.1 Speaker System
Logitech Z-2300 200 watts RMS 2.1 Speaker System

Pros: These speakers right out of the box sounded a bit shallow (at least the satellites). After about an hour of moderate volume, they sound much better. As with all speakers, some breaking in is always recommended. For the price, the sound quality is probably your best bang for your buck. For THX certified and 400 peak watts, you can't complain.

Cons: Only negative I have is the cords are far to short to really place the sub away anywhere but several feet under [or around] the satellites. Would make it a 5/5 if cords were longer. Other than that, again, for the price, no other complaints.

Overall Review: If you want a great sounding 2.1 for a good price, it's hard to beat the Logitech Z-2300s.

Amazing P&S Camera

Canon PowerShot SD800 IS Silver 7.1 MP 3.8X Optical Zoom 28mm Wide Angle Digital Camera
Canon PowerShot SD800 IS Silver 7.1 MP 3.8X Optical Zoom 28mm Wide Angle Digital Camera

Pros: This camera is the best point and shoot camera I have ever owned (previous cameras: Casio's and Kodaks). The image stabilization on it is a huge feature. Shutter lag is almost up to DSLR speed, compared to other cameras (fast). LCD screen size is nice, along with the quality/clarity of the screen. Nice optical zoom. I have dropped the camera onto concrete once with a good amount of force and it didn't seem to even faze the camera. Just a few really small scratches on the bottom. Very durable. Also, good ergonomics.

Cons: On/off switch/button could be in a better place, IMO. It could also use more manual features too.

Overall Review: Overall, a pretty hard to beat camera. I would recommend it over other comparable Sonys, Nikon, and Casio's. I've played with most of them, and nothing comes close.
