Asus B23E-XS71 12.5

Pros: The CPU actually supports 16GB of ram

Cons: No one looks up what the CPU can handle, so everyone assumes it just 8GB I have 16 installed

Asus B53S-XB71 15.6

5 out of 5 eggs An update for others 02/10/2013

This review is from: Asus B53S-XB71 15.6" LED Notebook - Intel Core i7 i7-2640M 2.80 GHz - Black

Pros: Finger print reader, smart card reader (handy for a DoD type of work),
Mobile Intel QM67 Express
Platform Technology: Intel vPro Technology
Security Devices: SmartCard reader

Just giving info that is not posted on NewEgg. This is highly comparable to my Thinkpads and Elite books, at a fraction of the price. I also own a A73E/K73E i7.
I love these machines.

Cons: none that I can think of. All of mine are running rhel 5/6 beautifully.

Other Thoughts: As a heads up, the memory controller now a days is on the CPU, and thus you need to look that up. I have a couple of these with 16GB of ram.

Basically, Great budget Business class PC.

5 out of 5 eggs Good for the money 06/26/2012

This review is from: Pandigital 7.0" R70B200 256MB DRAM Memory Android 2.2 (Froyo) Media Tablet

Pros: Easy to use. Lighted buttons, Great bang for the buck. Easy to add Am**on app market, and Google market. Does everything I wanted it to do. CPU is 800mhz.

Cons: The resistive screen, but I knew that going into it. You can't get everything for $50.

Other Thoughts: I needed to read an Ebook I had, I figured, If I didn't like it, I could sell it in town for hundred bucks. So I bought it. I like it alot, and can be used for development. Just bought another one. If you need a basic tablet, it's a great buy. I also use it to read the news, watch video's and movies.
