Pros: I have had this system for 8 months. Great gaming system. Bought it for my deploment to land of the sand since taking a full case system is not realistic. Played games at max settings. Dual HD's a plus and vid graphics look great.

Cons: I woke up one day to 1 long and 2 short beeps and no screen. Being in land of the sand is kind of like being on another planet when it comes to getting help. I first went to their site and found out that you can do nothing. So I had my wife call for me in the states. After 45 min trying to get someone to help her she finally gets someone who barely speaks English much less understands. They would not allow me to RMA the system back to the home plant. They must send a shipping box to the house and then I would mail it in, wait for them to send it back to the house and then my wife could send it to me. Looking at least 2 months before the possibility of it getting back to me. So I will just wait and take it home broke and all and take it to a repair place and pay for it to be fixed. So much for customer support!! At least guys here in land of the sand that have brand X can send them directly to the factory and get them back in a reasonable time.

Overall Review: Great price to purchases this system. But unless you want to deal with really poor customer support as far as repairs, go somewhere else.

Pros: The hard drive itself I have no issues with. It installed and partitioned out great. I have W7-64 so I used the hardware manager and pertitioned it out to 3-1gb drives.

Cons: Where I have my issue is when I tried to register the drive with Toshiba. I have bought other Toshiba products in past like a monitor, and a laptop but that was 5 years ago. Today, I don't know what happened to them but it is not good. I spent 2 hours on system and phone trying to register a simple hard drive, but no luck. When I tried on-line it said my serial number and model numbers were not valid. I am holding the hard drive in one hand looking at the drives label with SN and model number and typing them in with the other hand, and still get "Not Valid." I even went on line, thinking maybe I did something wrong that could be cleared up with a simple call. Now I get caught up in circular support, meaning I get automated choices that keep taking me back to the same place that gets me no where. It has a 3 year warranty, but what good does that do you if you can not register it. Also, if any support software that may come along or driver is not going to help me since Toshiba does not recognize a drive they sold. This will be the last time I purchase a Toshiba product until they revamp customer support.

Overall Review: I normally and do not like saying negative things about products, but in this day and age, if I can not talk to some one to support the product I bought from them, then why bother.

Pros: This is the first time I installed a board that I did not have to reformat and completely rebuild the system. I installed this Board with a Intel 4670K, and went through the BIOS setup really quickly. The features they have added to this board makes it easy to setup. When I applied power to it on the bread board it worked like a champ. I let the system do its own over clocking and it has went from 3.4 to 4.01 on its own. The board is solid bit I would use a non-static cushion under to ensure chip installation.

Cons: The box had been opened and did not have the clear wrap on it. The manual had been thumbed through. I have a feeling this was a sent back.

Overall Review: For the price and what this board puts out - Outstanding. Note- Thanks to NEWEGG and FEDEX, I ordered this overnight on a Thursday before noon my time and the box was in my house by 1 PM the next day. I know I paid for over night but, that is not normally what happen s. What I saved on this board from what other vendors were asking, especially in the local area, it paid for the shipping.

Cons: The directions for setup and install could be a little more indepth. Why would you make something that is inside your case only to have to make the controler external? I assembled this on my new EVGA 570 card. When I fired it up the cooler lit up and the fans spun, but my card was not working. Having thought I did something wrong I demounted it and put the vid card back to stock configuration. When I put the vid card in, it fired up. There is no troubleshooting to help know what went wrong but I am sure it has to something with the wiring is setup. What is wrong with just making the cooler match up to the vid cards 4 pin electrical connector instead of making an eleborate pin set up?

Overall Review: Zalman really surprised me with this turkey. I have bought many other of their air cooled fan and was extremely satisfied until now. Also if you buy a new video and a cooler for it. Always try the vid card first in stock mode so that you can make sure it was working.
