Pros: 25 25gb discs

Cons: Doesn't work with my burner

Overall Review: AMAZING RETURN SERVICE! I ordered Optical Quantum BD-R during a newegg sale and when I got it I realized that it wasn't compatible with my existing dvd burner (only worked with DVD-R) although it was my fault that I didn't research about BD-R beforehand and just bought it because it was a great deal (20.99 for 25 gb BR disc) at the time and thought it would work. Anyways, I was able to return it due to the iron-egg guarantee. But then they just replaced the BD-R instead of actually refunding it a month later. When I got the package I was surprised and kind of mad because the iron egg guarantee guaranteed a "hassle-free" return process. I also stated in the RMA notes that I wanted to return it because it didn't work with my computer and that I would buy DVD-R disc after I returned it instead (Which I did). I called the customer service line and was able to explain my situation. At first the customer service person was quite skeptical about the return and asked for pictures of the cd which I in turn sent. The customer service person said that their supervisor said that it looks like the package was crudely taped. I was astonished and mad because I got the package in this form. When I told them that I received it this way the customer service rep said that they will refund my $20.99 and let me keep the disc. Even though I can't use these disc I give the customer service a 5/5 and the disc a ?/5 because I can't use them.
