Beautiful
Pros: -Beautiful picture -Colors look amazing out of the box(to my untrained eye) -Picked this up for tree tweny and that helps a ton!
Cons: -Backlight bleed (still not 100% gone even after adjusting) -Coil whine here and there (randomly around 4 times in the past week or so that I have had it.)
Overall Review: I really want to give it 5 eggs, but the backlight bleed out of the box was the worst I have ever seen out of the 20 or so monitors I have owned in the past 10 years. Coil whine only worries me a little bit, as the warranty period is enough to keep me feeling somewhat safe.
Was hoping for much more...
Pros: Easy to install and small While it works, it works well
Cons: Speed limitations (I am only able to get around 30Mbps using this powerline adapter, while my weak wifi signal still gave me ~60Mbps) Seems to "reset" itself or drops signal every 45 mins or so on average.
Overall Review: I wanted for this to work so much better, and had hopes that it would stop packet loss and instability found with wifi. It is actually at times more finicky than the wifi and half the speed. It is a shame, I wanted to start getting away from having wireless repeaters spread across the house, but it looks like this won't be the thing to fix it.
Misleading garbage
Pros: none
Cons: Everything, poor interface, misleading name... Don't buy this garbage
This + L4 4790k = 5.1ghz stable
Pros: -Helped me get my 4790k to 5.1ghz stable with my h100 -The new NIC, compared to my z77x-ud3h, is getting me 5-10 more mbps somehow (no other changes in network and no speed upgrades, same cat cables, etc)
Cons: I thought the sound would be better, but for some reason it's exactly the same if not worse than the onboard from my z77x-ud3h. (no egg deducted though, if I would take one it would be a 1/4 egg or so)
Overall Review: I have been using Gigabyte exclusively since 2008 now, and I haven't regretted it for a moment!
5.1ghz stable
Pros: Running 5.1ghz stable with my h100. Got it up to 5.3 and could only keep it under 100% load for about 10 minutes. I bought from the egg and got an L4 and I am loving this thing! Everything is much more zippy than my 3570k, very happy with the upgrade!
Cons: Couldn't get 5.5ghz stable! Maybe if I had a big water cooling loop or something?
Overall Review: Just buy it, you won't regret it!
Great mouse brand for the large handed
Pros: I love this thing!!! I have larger than normal hands and this mouse is the best I have used in terms of price/performance and fit in my hand. Closest I have felt to non trackball comfort (was gaming on a trackball for a while and that was a disaster for me.)
Cons: I wish it was just a tiny bit bigger, but docked nothing for this as it is still amazing!
Overall Review: I wish I got the 8200, but at the time I paid around a third of the newegg price for this one. Picked this up for two nine and nine nine cents and couldn't be happier! If I find a sale on the 8200 I will pass this beauty on to the boy!
Horrible
I have dealt with this company in the past, and have still yet to have a good experience with them. Purchased through neweggs horrible app (wasn't near a pc for a while) and missed the tiny print that it was from a 3rd party seller. Contacted seller/newegg etc within 30-45 minutes of placing order. I was advised by ANT that the item had already been packaged and placed in the shipping bin, even though with my past dealings and current the item isn't shipped for many days after purchase. Do not want to deal with this company anymore, not sure why Newegg allows in 3rd parties, but it cheapens the experience overall and makes me want to do even less business with them.
