Very few boards left on NewEgg that will run an AMD Phenom II x 6 1090T

Pros: Will work with an AMD Phenom II x 6 1090T 6 SATA III ports
Cons: This board has an issue with ALL Linux distributions. Or, ALL Linux distributions have an issue with this board. However you want to say it... .deb based or .rpm based images ( e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, Kali, CentOS, Fedora ) all tested and all will not install via USB because of the VIA VL805 USB controller. In order to install Linux to a hard drive on this motherboard a DVD/CD will have to be utilized and good luck if you can get it to recognize a USB attached keyboard or mouse the first try. I didn't try a PS/2 keyboard because I finally got lucky after the third time trying to install CentOS and the keyboard (only the keyboard) picked up.
Overall Review: I bought this board to utilize my old AMD Phenom II. I have my heart set on a 6 core, 12 TB, CentOS powered file server to run my home cloud. After several attempts at installing the latest ISO image burned to USB many times with different USB creating software, I started to experiment with the other flavors of *nix that I've mentioned only to find out that ALL of them had the same issue with USB enumeration errors. This is a documented issue (search VIA VL805 USB + Linux) and there are a couple of workarounds. The one that works so far for me is adding the kernel parameter "iommu=soft". I am taking off one egg because of the VIA USB chipset troubles I had trying to install my OS.
Garbage

Pros: Besides being AMD, Nothing.
Cons: Dead, will not boot.
Overall Review: This is the second XFX brand card I've had that has catastrophically failed . This thing came with a door hanger that said "busy gaming" or something to that effect. HA! More like, busy troubleshooting my PC because it will not boot!. XFX should spend the money on better IC's and PCB's than fancy machined expansion slot cutouts and cardboard door knob hangers. I will not buy XFX gear again.
Newegg, you need to package these better.

Pros: The hard drive is working, so... it's not a total loss, yet.
Cons: The packaging was extremely poor. Only one layer of packing material on the bottom and the air was completely deflated out of the bottom pieces of 'AirSaver' packing material. The clam shell container was practically unprotected from shock on the bottom of the box. Possibly the most important area where a hard disk drive should be protected from shock during delivery across the continental United States. It was packed like a cheap refurbished hard drive. Not a $280 brand new hard drive.
Overall Review: The clam shell container is okay with me, it's an OEM product. But, it just that Newegg should try better to protect this expensive (to me), brand new drive from shipping damages. I once saw a video here on Newegg explaining how sensitive hard disk drives are and if the consumer dropped the disk during the install, that they "probably broke it". You should use your own feedback Newegg. You should use a better packing material. One that has no chance of deflating during shipping. Something like Styrofoam.
I really like this one.

Pros: Solid steel construction, ample amount of hardware, simple design
Cons: I had to flip my 3.5" HDD's upside down to fit 4 in each hard drive enclosure. Not sure that this is a con because the OEM states only 3 in each enclosure. Blue LED lights up the whole house at night.
Overall Review: I like the screws, they are not typical. I had to buy a new tool, an 8" magnetic tip #2 screw driver to work with all of the enclosures. Plus a headlamp to see but, I like tools so, it wasn't an issue for me. With a Mini-ITX motherboard, I was able to fit 8 3.5" HDD's. Four in each enclosure. Had to flip them all upside down for the I/O.
Excellent power supply...

Pros: This power supply is still working great to power my machine after 3+ years. It looks nice inside the case.
Cons: Corsair power supplies are rebranded Seasonic power supplies.
Overall Review: I don't believe the negative reviews. Seasonic is a solid company. My dad always told me... "Son, if you want to buy speakers, buy them from a company that makes speakers, and only speakers." Well, you know what? Seasonic makes power supplies, and only power supplies. How can a company that "makes" everything "gaming" make quality everything? Answer is that they don't. Chances are that they don't even "make" everything... they simply slap their name on someone else's gear *cough EVGA *cough Corsair ... before you say "forget Seasonic, go buy some other 'f0r Gamerz' company"... chances buying that you are just buying that other company's label and you really bought a Seasonic.
Great CPU

Pros: Price, speed, responsiveness...
Cons: not much to say here.
Overall Review: good stuff!
