The board is mostly functional...

Pros: The board seems to work wonderfully in most regards. I haven't had many problems with most of the board.
Cons: Well, there are many things about this board I can't test because it doesn't recognize the keyboard I have (Logitech G510). I am unable to access the bios to select boot devices, set up overclocking, etc. I have spent 6 months trying to get customer support, but after 11 emails without a response, I finally took work off early to call them during their business hours. That was a month ago, and still haven't gotten any semblance of a solution. As of tonight, I'm told I need to update the BIOS before they will look into the problem. However, updating the BIOS requires connecting two jumper pins on the board, but they don't provide the jumper with the board. Once upon a time I would have had those all over the place, but not anymore. I've never worked with a company with worse tech support than ECS...while I think the product might be great if I could just get it working, it's not worth it. Just a suggestion, save yourself the stress and don't buy from them.
