cheap and reliable
Pros: I own two of these units and they have been running since I first set them up without any problems. The auto-mdix works fine and the unit offers a good amount of bandwidth over the backbone for such a cheap piece of hardware.
Cons: None so far.
good board
Comments: I used this board in a server that has been running for months without any problems. Intel wants you to buy one of their cases for this board but it's not necessary. The only weird thing about this board is that it has a rubber bumper that goes between the board and the case wall. You have to place the bumper on the wall of the case and it's kinda of hard to know where to put it if you aren't using the intel case (which has it marked). I just decided not to use the bumper and I've had no problems. Also make sure you get a EPS12V power supply for this board or you won't be able to fire this baby up. Oh, and I had to update the BIOS before I could use my 3.0GHz P4. Otherwise, GREAT BOARD.
