Just what I was looking for
Pros: Decent size, though it isn't the greatest color ever if was very pleased with this monitor for the price ($119.99). Others didn't care for the placement of the buttons, but I don't mind them, even find them intuitive once you use them.
Cons: Like I said, it's not the greatest picture ever, but if you'd rather pump money into other aspects and get a decent sized monitor, this is a good buy for you.
It was too good to be true
Pros: When this computer was going for $499.99 with a $50 gift card, I jumped on it. For the price I loved the CPU and planned to use the $50 towards another 8GB RAM and have a nice little machine. For my purposes I didn't mind that the graphics capabilities were the weak link on the system, and I figured I could always upgrade the PSU and graphics card later if I chose.
Cons: The computer arrived and I could get no video output. Called ASUS tech support, who wanted me to pay to ship it to them and couldn't understand why I wasn't okay with that. So then I called Newegg, who got me all set up with an RMA and a prepaid shipping label. Sending it back today, not sure if I get a replacement since this shows out of stock now. Bummer.
Overall Review: Really bummed I didn't get to use this computer. Was excited about the price and had the features I was looking for without me paying too much for things I'm less interested in. I was really thrilled with Newegg's customer service. Quickly got me to the best resolution I could hope for (sending the broken machine back, not paying for it). Too bad that ASUS's was abysmal.
