Pros: Newegg was very fast in approving the refund.

Cons: The card shipped broken and had to be refunded. i understand that this occasionally happens but I still think that it should reflect on the score of a product in the store.

Overall Review: i was warned away from buying MSI, I don't know if this is indicative of their usual quality, however i have been told that many of their products are cheaply made, and often dysfunctional.
