Pros: Great headset that puts out great sound, when it works.

Cons: Broke a week after I bought it. Audio in the left ear cuff started cutting out. Steelseries tech support sent me a second unit that took 2 weeks (because I had to ship mine back to them before they'd ship a new one to me) to get shipped to me and it broke in the same way. Finally, after having 2 of them break within a couple of weeks of getting them I wanted my money back, but couldn't get a refund because I was "over the 30 day time limit for a refund". I was only over said time because it took them so long to ship one to me.

Overall Review: Steelseries tech support sucks. Never buying another product from them because lord forbid it breaks I don't want to have to deal with their tech support. They don't care about you, they just want your money, bottom line.

Pros: It's a very nice headset...when it wants to work. (See Below). Very good sound and a pretty good microphone.

Cons: About a week after I got the headset the left ear would flicker on whether it wanted to play sound or not. So I exchanged it for a new one. The new one after a few weeks as well, had the same problem. It just goes to show they didn't test out the headset very well at all. I'm pretty sure it's the part that twists to fit your head that is causing the problems, but for two in a row to have that problem it means there's something wrong with the design or manufacturing, or both.

Overall Review: Get the 5h if you want something like this. Heck I'd still be using my 5h, but it broke after a couple of years of use.
