Excellent for the price!

Pros: Was easy to install. This was my first time upgrading a computer's hardware and I had no problem doing that what so ever. Before I got this I had the Radeon HD 5450 graphics card. I started picking up some new games on Steam (Assassins Creed IV, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, and Dishonored) and for the first time was having trouble playing things so I decided I needed an upgrade. These are my specs: 8 gigs of memory AMD Phenom II X6 1045T Processor 2.70 GHz ASUS desktop computer that's just over three years old The first game I fired up after installing the hardware was Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag. On my old system I could only play it on low, with a resolution of 800 x 600. I got the desktop running through my TV which runs at 1080 x 720. On my native monitor the resolution is 1366 x 728. On both resolutions I can run Assassins Creed IV on all Very High settings. I haven't tried Ultra but I might imagine it might be a little less smooth but still playable no doubt. I wasn't able to display the frame rate but the animation and the smoothness of the video was flawless. No lag at all. It was like watching a movie - and for the first time I feel like I'm finally using my HD TV for what it's made for. I've slowly been migrating away from consoles and over the past couple of years I've been playing exclusively on PC - and this card has pretty much completed the migration for me. I know there's still better stuff out there, but for the price, this card can't be beat. This card was a fantastic buy. As time goes on, since I've owned this for such a short period of time, I'll update this review.
Cons: See below.
Overall Review: So far, I have no problem with the hardware or brand itself. I had difficultly installing it, but that's only because the AMD software was clashing with something from a previous Windows update. After using Driver Genius, I had no problem installing the drivers. As far as there being any cons, there's no paperwork or info for the 30 dollar rebate, so after the weekend I gotta figure out how to get that. It also didn't come with any offers to redeem free games, like a lot of graphics cards do. But I won't officially list those things as cons because we're rating the hardware and product, and it's ability to do what it's supposed to do, and I don't have any problem with that.
