a decent printer
Pros: - fast - cheap - good web management interface - nice features - CCD scanner
Cons: - magled my paper once so far - the adf stretches the scanned document so teh copy comes out about 105% of original size lengthwize - did not come with all advertized accessories (network cable) - not all the functionality is available without using hp's bloated software - takes a while to start up every time you power it on (about 1-2 minutes)
Overall Review: I got this printer for black friday sale and used it a couple times, so far so good. I decided to not bother with the disk provided software due to reviews and instead used a copy i got from HP's website containing the minimal driver suite. That worked well for me and I havent had any major problems since, even though some functionality is unavailable.
Barely lasted half a year..
Pros: decent read speed
Cons: only lasted 7 month and then died! plug it in - no response on windows or linux on multiple PCs
Overall Review: super talent pico-c are better both speed and durability wise
loudest component in my case
Pros: it works
Cons: the fan cannot be adjusted below 20% and at that speed it's the loudest part of my setup (which is far from silent - antec 900 case and average cpu cooler)
dont buy intel boards, rebranded foxconn
Pros: booted up once...
Cons: epic fail.. where is the quality control.. comon intel step it up this is just emberassing..
a good sturdy card
Pros: - quiet on idle and decent on full load - didnt break after i plugged in the wrong power connector into it - fast
Cons: - pretty long
Overall Review: over all I'm satisfied with this card, i thought i broke it when i powered up my system and it started making a high pitched noise, but after realizing i was using the wrong power connector (8 pin instead of 6) and switching it, it fired right up and been working great so far!
